Who can I interview and where can I find information?

If I could interview two people for my feature article it would be my mother and my uncle. I would interview my mother because she has someone that she cares about in jail.I also would interview my uncle because he has a very important person in prison. Subject-verb agreement

Observations that I've seen about gatherings and how people behave is rued. For example on Saturday I was on the train and a blind women got on the train and there was a young girl and she was rued because she said something that was not very nice. The girl said "If she is going that way why did she go that way,she's ma stupid," and she said it with an attitude. The reason why she said that was because when it was the blind woman's stop she had her stick and by mistake the blind women hit the girl, so that was why she said that. I had the feeling of tripping her but I didn't do it and my sister wanted to fight her, and another observation that I made was that a nice lady helped the blind women sit down.
