Who can I interview and where can I find information?

If I could interview two people for my feature article it would be my mother and my uncle. I would interview my mother because she has someone that she cares about in jail.I also would interview my uncle because he has a very important person in prison. There are two web pages that I could get information from, these are the following web pages:

1 http://www.bop.gov/
2 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prisons
